Information on the processing of personal data

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF INSTRUCTIONS ON RIGHTS IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”        

hereby in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) informs the data subject that it processes the personal data obtained from the subject of the data in the following manner.

The Administrator is authorized to process personal data for the following purposes:

  • performance of the contractual relationship
  • keeping customer / client records
  • commercial communications

On the legal basis of the data subject’s consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) and on the legal basis of the necessary processing of personal data for the performance of the contract to which the data subject is party (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) and the necessary processing for the Administrator’s legitimate interests in protecting its property in the event of a breach of the contractual obligations of the data subject (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), to the extent of the data supplied for that purpose by the data subject: name, surname, date of birth, place of residence (street and number, postcode, country) and e-mail if these data were provided to that extent.

Personal data shall be stored and processed for the duration of the contractual relationship between the Administrator and the data subject and until the expiry of the limitation period of mutual claims arising from such a relationship.

Personal data provided by the subject to the Administrator shall not be not provided to any third party (receivers). The personal data of the data subject shall not be processed by a personal data processor. The personal data of the data subject are processed in an automated form in electronic form. The data subject has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. 

The data subject has the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data relating to him, both in its entirety and only in relation to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling.

Furthermore, the data subject has the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data relating to the data subject, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing as well as the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection. 

The provision of personal data is a contractual requirement of the Administrator for the establishment of a contractual relationship between the Administrator and the data subject; at the same time, in order to fulfill the relationship, personal data must be provided to the extent: name, surname, place of residence (if required by the contractual relationship), e-mail (hereinafter referred to as “necessary data”). The provision of the necessary data is a condition for the performance of the contract.

If the personal data of the personal data subject are obtained by means of a camera recording, the data subject shall be informed of the use of the camera system in the form of a visible pictogram located at the sites occupied by the camera system, stating the identification of iQL as the Administrator of the data and alerting to the Internet address. Personal data obtained through the CCTV system are stored only for the purpose of the dedicated data storage for a maximum of 120 hours.        
            

Consent to the processing of personal data    


The subject of the personal data hereby grants in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) his free and explicit consent to the company:

as administrator (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”) with the processing of the personal data which the subject provided to the Administrator.

The Administrator is authorized to process personal data for the following purposes:

  • keeping customer / client records    
  • direct marketing (sending newsletters and other email communications, winnings, printed materials, mobile notifications, tickets and promotional items)

on the legal basis of the data subject's consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR), to the extent of the data provided for that purpose by the data subject: name, surname, date of birth, place of residence (street and number, postcode, country) and e-mail if these data were provided to that extent.

Personal data shall be stored and processed for 5 years.

Personal data provided by the subject to the Administrator shall not be not provided to any third party (receivers). The personal data of the data subject shall not be processed by a personal data processor. The personal data of the data subject are processed in an automated form in electronic form. The data subject has the right to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. 

The data subject has the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data relating to him, both in its entirety and only in relation to processing for the purposes of direct marketing, including profiling.

The data subject is under no obligation to provide personal data, and failure to provide personal data has no consequences for the data subject.
